The McAllen Housing Commission’s (MHC) Executive Director Rodolfo “Rudy” Ramirez was elected President for the Housing Association of Valley Employees-South Texas Region (HAVE-STR) on August 16.Additionally, a new Vice President was appointed at the meeting. Executive Director Adela Mireles Gonzalez from the Housing Authority of Hidalgo County assumed the position.
